Dr. Caroline Hamilton, a Raleigh native, pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained degrees in Biology and Chemistry. She moved to Baltimore to continue her education and graduate with honors from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2007. Dr. Hamilton completed a General Practice Residency at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs hospital where she gained valuable experience caring for our nation’s veterans.
Since completing her schooling she has continued to pursue the latest in continuing education and is a certified Invisalign and Cerec provider. With an eye for esthetics, Dr. Hamilton has focused her recent studies on learning the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry. She maintains memberships in the Durham Orange Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry and is a candidate for Fellowship in the AGD. She enjoys combining an artistic flair with the latest technology to achieve dazzling results that make her patients want to smile!
Dr. Hamilton spent the last decade practicing in the Northeast where her patients referred to her as the “kindest dentist around”. With her warm and friendly chair side manner, she strives to put all of her patients at ease and makes patient comfort her top priority. Dr. Hamilton believes that in providing a nonjudgmental environment, listening carefully to patient concerns, offering creative solutions, and making them active participants in their treatment, the best outcome are achieved. The greatest compliment is changing the perception of the stereotypical dental experience for patients. Dr. Hamilton loves helping patients conquer their fears and smile with confidence.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Hamilton can be found spending time with her family of five. Outdoor enthusiasts, they can often be found hiking, running, and playing tennis. She also enjoys food and loves trying new restaurants, recipes and baking up a storm (hello sweet tooth)!
